A certified personal trainer will lead you through a series of high intensity strength training exercises with cardio intervals designed to maximize your caloric burn. The hour goes by quickly due to the continual change of structure. The circuits are set up in an obstacle course format to provide a competitive element that is fun and playful. Routines change weekly. The goal is to constantly shock the body so your workouts progress and you do not plateau. Kick@55 Bootcamp differs from other classes because instructors know all students’ strengths, weaknesses, individual fitness goals, and medical history.
