GET A KICK@55 WORKOUT IN 55 MINUTES

FAQ

What is our training method?

Whether someone is trying to regain their pre-baby body after giving birth, gain some additional muscle tone, or make a lifestyle change, Kick@55 Fitness can help them meet their individual goals. We want to make the most out of their workouts by optimizing our 55 minutes together. Our clients do not need to spend hours per day at the gym, give up their favorite foods or go on extreme diets to look great. They just need to do the right mix of resistance and cardio training when they are exercising while eating the right combination of foods. We are in full support of occasional dessert splurges. It is all about moderation, not deprivation.

Our specialty is high-intensity circuit training with cardio bursts so that we are always shocking the body and burning fat while building lean muscle mass. We target multiple muscle groups simultaneously to maximize caloric burn. Whether someone is starting a workout routine after a long sedentary period or has concerns regarding chronic injuries (knee, hip, back, neck), we can create a low impact program while still challenging them.

We utilize the following in our workout routines: free weights, plyometrics, boxing, non-traditional exercises (i.e., hitting the tire with a sledgehammer), Pilates, Yoga, Super Slow method.

Where do we train?

All classes and personal training sessions take place at our studio, located at 108 West Hubbard Street.

What is our cancellation policy?

12-Hour Cancellation Policy for Classes

Since we will be limiting class size and customizing each class based on the individuals attending the class, we REQUIRE a 12-hour cancellation notice.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please log onto the My Classes section of our website.

This policy is enforced strictly. If you do not cancel with 12 hours of notification, regardless of the reason, one session is deducted from your current E-punchcard. If you pay for single classes, you will be expected to pay for the missed class. If you pay for monthly unlimited, one day will be deducted from the end of the month.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy for 1:1 Personal Training Sessions

Please email, text, or call your personal trainer 24 hours prior to the start of your session to avoid being charged the full price of the session.

How does our referral program work?
