Kick@55 Fitness was founded by Rebecca Gahan in 2010 so she could offer attainable long-term results to all clients.  Her goal was to provide clients with a comprehensive approach to fitness and nutrition.  Kick@55 Fitness offers clients with very specific direction on both their fitness and nutritional needs.   Rebecca then created Kick@55 Bootcamp in October 2012 as an affordable solution for a broad spectrum of clients to receive the attention they would normally get through a 1:1 personal training session in a large class format.

Kick@55 clients love our program because they don’t need to spend all day in the gym to see results. Our specialty is 55 minutes of high-intensity circuit training with cardio bursts so that we are constantly shocking the body and burning fat while building lean muscle mass. We target multiple muscle groups simultaneously to maximize caloric burn. Boxing, dance, Pilates, Plyometrics, jump rope, bands, tires with sledgehammers, and kettlebells are just some of the unique fitness elements integrated into the workout. Our instructors have the ability to monitor form and technique, while ensuring that all clients are working to their full potential during classes and 1:1 training sessions.

Whether someone is starting a workout routine after a long sedentary period or has concerns regarding chronic injuries (knee, hip, back, neck), we can create a low impact program while still challenging them.
