Kick@55 Bike & Burn™ IT’S HERE!!

Our brand new high-intensity indoor cycling class, “Bike & Burn Bootcamp” STARTED THIS WEEK!

HURRY – CLASSES FILL UP FAST!! 

This 55-minute long class is unlike any other indoor cycling class that you have experienced. Kick@55 Bike & Burn™ will alternate between intervals on the bike and bootcamp circuits on the floor. Floor circuits will consist of plyometric exercises, running flights of stairs, and strength training with medicine balls, dumbbells, and body weight. Expect to burn between 600 and 900 calories in this high energy workout!  This new class is the perfect complement to traditional strength training routines and provides an excellent cross-training opportunity by mixing in our HIIT bootcamp with indoor cycling intervals.
Classes begin on September 6, 2017 
Mondays and Thursdays – 5 PM and 6:05 PM
Wednesdays – 5:15 AM and 6:20 AM
