Introducing Kick@55 Flexible Dieting with Kelly Rojek

“In January 2015, I realized I wasn’t happy with my body, so I decided to overhaul my lifestyle completely. I began by integrating exercise daily and changing how I ate and viewed food. I lost about 15 pounds and noticed the changes.IMG_9336
I began taking classes at Kick@55 in May 2015. By September, I was attending bootcamp daily and that’s when I really noticed the physical changes – not just in how my body looked, but in my strength, agility, and endurance .  Even though I was following clean eating principals, I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted, and I had a hard time cutting out certain foods completely like carbohydrates. I felt there had to be a way that I could eat

more of the foods I enjoyed and still get the desired results.

In February 2016, I discovered flexible dieting. Flexible eating allowed me to enjoy foods, like pasta and an occasional cookie, AND see results. I’ve followed it consistently since then, and it has become a way of life I can sustain, fueling my body, my workouts and helping me see amazing results. Since then I have lost an additional 25 pounds making my total weight loss exceed 50 pounds!  Even more amazing is the transformation my body composition has undergone – I can finally see muscles that I have worked so hard to build at Kick@55!
Along this pretty amazing journey, I also discovered that I really wanted to help others attain their weight loss and fitness goals.”

 Package 1  $75  (One Week) 

  • 45 minute in-person consultation.
  • 1 week of follow-up nutritional support via email and text.
    Limit one 15 minute phone call within first week.

 Package 2 $199 (One Month) 

  • 45 minute in-person consultation.  No additional in-person meetings after the first one.
  • 1 month of follow-up nutritional support via email and text.  Limit one 15 minute phone call per week when needed.

 Package 3  $125 per month/$375 total (Three Months) Kick@55 Fitness Flexible Diet

  • Three 45 minute in-person consultations.  One maximum per month.
  • 3 months of nutritional support via email and text.   Limit one 15 minute phone call per week when needed.

 Package 4  $99 per month/$594 total(Six Months) 

  • Six 45 minute in-person consultations.  One maximum per month.
  • 6 months of nutritional support via email and text.   Limit one 15 minute phone call per week when needed.
