Join us for an intense 55-minutes of HIIT training. You will alternate in short durations between cardio circuits and lower body strength exercises. You might use the following: TRX, Treadmill, Stairmill, Bosu, Plyobox.  2-3 Tabata circuits might be included as well. Get ready to burn maximum calories and lean out!
